A mini-conference is a focused, single-day event that combines the depth of a workshop with the reach of a small conference. Instead of dispersing panels over several days, we schedule a compact series of high-impact sessions—four to five panels plus a keynote—so participants can dive deep into a common theme, meet everyone in the room, and leave with concrete feedback and new collaborators. The format keeps costs low, energy high, and discussion continuous.
Our mini-conference series tackles three goals: (1) advance knowledge, (2) sharpen methods, and (3) build community.
